Great news! The National Lottery Community Fund grant funding!
We are incredibly happy to announce that we have been granted core funding of £25,000 a year for two years commencing on 1st June 2022, by the National Lottery Community Fund. This is equal to almost half of what we need to raise annually to cover our total running costs, and is therefore a substantial contribution towards our finances. It will make all the difference to ensure our survival for the next three years, and will help us to build a sustainable future.
This is the culmination of a lengthy and detailed application process (approximately 1 year). We are very thankful that we were able to show the National Lottery Community Fund how we benefit the Bracknell community. both in terms of providing our mobility service and the many community activities in our shop, and that they have chosen to support our cause.
